The certificate can be personalized with the name of the person receiving the flag, the name of the person presenting the flag, and the occasion for which the flag was flown.

If you request more than one flag of the same size and material to be flown on the same date, the name of the person receiving each flag can be different on each certificate. However, all other information must remain the same. Otherwise to obtain individually personalized certificates, you must submit each flag as a separate item on your order.
